Folger; Referring to your letter of April 3rd, file W 23-6, with particular reference to last paragraph con­cerning employment of two uniformed officers to patrol water usage during period May 1st to September 15th, in­clusive; It is my understanding in the past the City has employed these officers and has billed us for the expense. I believe it preferable that we continue to handle it in this manner. This will be your authority to accept bill from the City at the rate of $550 per month for the period May 1st to September 15th, inclusive, during the current year. Wm. Reinhard
