preceding sentence have been or are being constructed upon, along or across lands owned by the First Parties, or any of them, the party owning said lands shall grant to the District upon the sale date easements across said lands 7i feet on each side of the center line of said distribution main for the construction, mainte­nance, operation and renewal thereof by the District.
