\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C.L.D. 15205> Das Vegas Land and Water Company L.S. Deed Audit 6092, quitclaim deed dated August 10, 1 9 6 5 , whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company quitclaims unto Challenge-Cook Bros. Co., Incorporated, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress, and for road purposes, as described therein, in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, excepting therefrom portions of land described therein; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing rider C.L.D. 67^3~5» dated July 28, 19&5* extending to and including September JO, 1970, term of agreement Audit 1033^, dated October 1, 19^5j expiring by latest extension September 30, 1 9 6 5 , subject to revocation by sixty days written notice, consideration $3 2 .0 0 per annum payable in advance, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Southern California Gas Company (one-fourth interest in which was assigned effective November 7» 19^5> to Southern Counties Gas Company of California), granting license to construct, use and maintain a 2 6 -inch steel pipeline for the conveyance of gas along and across this Company's property in Lot 1 6 , Union Pacific Tract, East Yard, Los Angeles, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
