\ all supervision, labor, material, etc0, required to remove buildings and training stables from Land Company’s property, being a portion of Lot 9, Tract 3193, fronting on Gale Avenue, City of Industry, California, together with the transfer of ownership of said buildings and training stables, the perform­ance of which shall be the sole consideration the Land Company shall pay for such removal, work to be performed to the satis­faction of the Vice President or authorized representative of the Land Company, completion of which shall be within thirty (30) days from date of execution of said agreement, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmedo On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill and Secretary Dixon in executing C I l J D g No 0 15602, "Option to Purchase Real Estate”, made and entered into November 7, 1966 by and between Rothsehild-Puente Company, a limited partnership, ’’Owner”, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, "Optionee”, to purchase certain real property located in City of Industry, California, as described in Exhibit "A” attached to said option, together with all improvements thereon and all rights appurte­nant thereto; option must be exercised by SsOO pc ra0 February 6, 1967 ; exact legal description to be determined by survey by -6-
