Local news anchors discuss the fire at top of the Stratosphere Tower while under construction; tower caught fire after midnight and burned for three hours; anchors discuss the challenges for the fire fighters, the evacuation of Vegas World and nearby neighbors; interview clips with witnesses; all clips show footage of the tower on fire, firefighters putting it out, and news anchors stand outside the Stratosphere.
