You hereby engage us to produce and present the grandstand show at the Central Canada Exhibition at Ottawa, Canada, for a total of three (3) performances, as follows: ?╟÷ (a) On Friday, August 21, 1964 for one (l) performance -at 8:00 p. M."" (b) On Saturday, August 22, 1964 for two (2) performances, at 2:00 P. M. and 8:00 P. M., respectively. 2. The show to be produced and presented by us hereunder shall consist of the following: (a) All acts for the show. We hereby designate Richard Red Skelton and the Brooks Sisters as the acts.
