CO, CONTRACT ? isiafi i f l e s s “N"L*D* 2671 Company’s Original 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 A G R E E M E N T of THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the f y day /y ja A j_______ 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called “Company,“ Party of the First Part, and LEE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC*, a Nevada corporation, with place of business at 1501 Sweeney Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called “Subdivider,* Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Eastwood Tract No* 1, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 80, of Plats, Clark County Recorder*s Office, and has made application for j m jtfe water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I.
