that portion of Ninth Avenue 60 feet wide as vacated by Resol­ution No. 28^ of the City of Industry, and portion of Lot 2, Block 21, Tract 13^3> be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Las Vegas Land and Water Company L. S. Deed Audit No. 60^2, bearing C. L. D. No. 131511 dated August 18, 196^, conveying to Western Lead Pro­ducts Company, a California corporation, portion of Blocks 23 and 36 of Tract 13^3» and portion of vacated Lomitas Avenue, situated in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, consideration Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, excepting all minerals and mineral rights, with­out right of entry, as excepted by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased, in deed record­ed February 20, 1957s and reserving unto Grantor, its success­ors and assigns forever, an easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, renewal and use of sanitary sewer pipe lines, and incidental structures along, across and over portion of the parcel described therein, said property conveyed subject to: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 196^-1965* 2. Conditions, restrictions, exceptions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. 3. Easement for flood control purposes granted Los Angeles County Flood Control -3
