#T ract 1867, Yermo, California; subject to: 1. General and special taxes for fiscal year 1948-1949, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; 3. An unrecorded easement for a power trans­mission line across said premises granted the Southern Sierras Power Company by LVL&WCo. under date of April 1, 1928; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration $10 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
