All easements granted by Railroad Companies pursuant to the provi­sions of this section shall be granted subject to the right of Railroad Companies, their successors and assigns, to construct roads, highways, pipe lines and wire lines over and across the easement parcels and to use the said easement parcels for any pur­pose whatsoever which will not unreasonably interfere with the con­struction, maintenance and operation of the pipe lines thereon for the conveyance of water^/' All easements granted by the Railroad Com­panies pursuant to the provisions of this section shall be granted subject to all restrictions, limitations and eneumbranees of record || / and to existing rights of other persons in and to the lands of the Railroad Companies whether of record or not. It is expressly understood and agreed that the pipe lines referred to in subparagraphs (e), (d), (e), (f J irad (l) ©f this See- tlon 5 are located in and around the railroad yards and other facil­ities and improvement# owned and operated by the Railroad Companies upon their lands which are not to be conveyed to the District, and that railroad tracks and other facilities and improvements of the Railroad Companies are presently located upon the said easement strips to be granted to the District.
