Dear Sirs:- I enclose (to Mr. Clark) a file of correspondence originating with letter dated June 10th, from Mr. Warm, having * reference to construction of a packing house at Fourth and Vine Streets, Riverside, for the Riverside Fruit & Packing Company. In view of all the circumstances I recommend that the proposition be approved on the basis outlined in Mr. Wann's letter of July 11th.
