3. 80 beds with bathroom and sitting room! This could be built between the nos. 11 and 12 and 12 and 13 at a cost of abou $6000. 2nd. We would require two additional school rooms (making 5 in all) at a cost of $1000. 3rd. We would need a new assembly room costing about $4000. 4th. Two additional cottages for employees at $1000 each = $2000. 5th. We ought to have a tailor shop and a shoe shop at $600 each = $1200. This would leave $800 of our proposed $15000 for repair and houses, etc. Our kitchen dining hall, storerooms, etc. would not require further improvements.
