Los Angeles, November 13th, 1943 / f y 20-334 Mr. Prank Strong: "Your letter of November 10th, in connection with filling in around the spring house at middle spring and coating the inside of the weir boxes at Las Vegas. The filling has been made around the middle spring house. Weir boxes have been coated with tar several times, and will have the work done over in an attempt to make this water-tight.
