? Los Angeles - May 5, 1955* MEMORANDUM FOR FILE: Referring to the attached letter from C. S. Jenkins dated February 10, 1955, relative to temporary diversion of a portion of Las Vegas Creek by Fisher Contracting Company in connection with construction of water main for the Las Vegas Valley Water District: After considering this matter and discussing it with all concerned, we advised Mr. Jenkins orally that it will be satisfactory to leave the diversion channel of creek as is, as outlined in the second paragraph of Mr. Jenkins' letter.
