i ”N»L.D. 2710-1 AS VEGAS LAND AND WATER CO B I L L O F S A L E CONTRACT; auo. m JJL M P -'f Corporation, with address at 1800 South 10th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain 6” and 8" cast iron water line in location described in Article I, Section 1, of that agreement between the parties hereto (identified as "N"L.D. 2710), together with all valves, fittings, and valve boxes connected with said water lines* The said Desert Development, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, warrants that it is the owner of the said 6” and 8" cast iron water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
