V LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. 33, Issued November 25, 1966 for retirement of 8.6079 acres of land, together with vegetable oil pro­cessing plant consisting of storage ware­houses, storage tanks, grain elevators, two mill buildings, dock and warehouse, office, refinery, other miscellaneous buildings, and 2,615 feet of track, at Long Beach (Terminal Island), California, conveyed to Koppel Bulk Terminal by Contract Audit 11021 dated July 27, 1966, sale assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee on September 13, 1966; Credit Accounts for ledger value of property retired: Account 206 ..... $ 375,000.00 237 .... 965,000.00 239 .... 10.000,00 $1,350,000.00 Chargeable as follows: Accrued depreciation $ 228,225.00 Sale price 1,156,999.00 Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate 35,224.00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of the President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Request, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
