Las Vegas - June 10, !9*l8 k 2 Mr. Frank Strong: A year or two ago our Engineering Department outlined a proposed roadway about 300* south of the Bonansa Bead spur track to permit access by lessees south of the spur traok. It has been the custom for lessees to cut across the dibbons & Heed lease from 6th Street to Atlas Transfer, bjtt since Wolslnger has constructed a fence around his site, this roadway is closed* Suggest consideration be given at this time to blading a road along the southerly edge of Industrial Tract #3 as originally contemplated and possibly cover with a gravel coat so trucks can get in and out when it rains* A.
