Blltmore Homes, In c ., it now proceeding with develop* ment of & second unit and has made application to Mr. Bracken fo r in s ta lla tio n of water mains to be constructed under new Rule |-.0, Agreement now in coarse of preparation w ill provide that Blltmore Home# will construct mains at it s sole cost, and upon completion of *K) homes within the area defined upon the accomp­anying p rin t the Land Go. w ill, upon re ce ip t of necessary rig hts of way and approval of the agreement by the Heva&a Public Ser­vice Commission, refund to Blltmore Homes the actual cost of said mains not exceeding the sum of #^,010, whereupon the mains w ill become the property of the LVUsW Co.
