Mr'. W. E, Bancroft, First Vice President, Salt lake City, Utah. Pear Sir: Referring to the attached from Mr. Tilton relative to electric power for lighting station at Las Vegas. I do not believe we are warranted in going to the expense of patting an additional small generator and boiler in shops at Las Vegas for lighting the station building at an estimated expense of $3000 or more, and I believe we will have to continue taking light from the municipal plant at expense of about $50 per month.
