From the reports received, it appears that the water is much less than was stated, also that there is much less farming land I than was stated by the Stewarts, and everything else seers to bo at ? sixes and-sevens in the-way of personal• property and from the-list'of requirements sent by : r.McDermott which will be i ccessary to carry on the ranch, it would indicate there was very little, if anything, there ;in the way of personal property. He -even suggests the purchase of some horses or:joules. I hardly know what'to recommend in the matter; will hear a ain from Mr.McDfermott no doubt very soon.
