Reinhardt - Los Angeles i Attached please find copy of letter from the Las Vegas Valley Water District, signed by Mr. Harry S, Miller, dated December 23, 1953» relative to approval by the Water District of installation of 475 feet of 6-inch oast Iron water main to serve portion of Block 1, Bodlder Dam Homeslte Addition, Las Vegas, Her. Xn view of the fact that no decision has yet been made as to whether the Water Company should secure three construction bids for every project in line with request of the Water District, and in view of the position taken by the Water District in the attached letter, 1 am advising the sub-divider in the case at hand, as well as in all other oases where approval of the District is being held up by them, that approval of their project by the Water Company is being held vp awaiting the approval of the Water District.
