\ RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Supplemental Agreement C.L.D. No. 13507-6, dated November 7> 196j5> between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Western Auto Supply Company, a Delaware corporation, granting permission to Lessee to renew term of Contract Audit No. 10868, dated May 17, i960, expiring by la te st extension rider December Jl, 1965, by giving written notice to Lessor of its Intention to renew not la te r than October Jl, 1965, covering site at Leonis Boulevard and Downey Road, Vernon, California, together with office and warehouse building and spur track located thereon, at monthly rental of $2 ,300.00; be, and the same is hereby, ra tified , approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, i t was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing Extension Rider C.L.D. No. 14523-1, dated October 23, 19&3> extending to and including November 30, 1963? Contract Audit No. 10931» between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Western Auto Supply Company, covering lease of land, improvements and trackage for storage, warehouse, e tc ., at 3 2 5 1 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, rental $2,500.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified , approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, i t was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 14663, dated October 1, 1963, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and George Taguchi, covering lease of Lots 2, 3 , 4, 5, 6 and 7 , Block 5, Tract No. - 3 -
