Bell, share and share alike, all moneys due or to be­come due pursuant to the terms of that certain Agreement described in the foregoing Recitals, and does hereby authorize and direct LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY to make said payments and to pay the same to A. E. Tiffany and 0. A.
