Charleston Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Rose* Your attention is respectfully iiivited to the provisions of City Ordinance No. 247 concerning water usage, which requires a recapture device on coolers and refrigerating machines where water is used for cooling, and prohibits waste of water. Check of your property at the above location developed the following exceptions;? ' ' Air-conditioning unit water going to sewer. Should install tower with recapture device. Will you kindly arrange to have necessary installation or repairs made, or if this has already been done, please so indicate hereon and return this to the undersigned.
