*•# m o xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Moved to 900 South 5th. Las Vegas, Nevada. P.O.Box 1448 October 2, 1950 Mr. William Reinhardt, Vice President, Las Vegas Land and Water Go., 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles 14* California, Dear Mr, Reinhardts We have received, in duplicate, both the inventory of the balance of the Water Company’s distribution system in place as of August 1, 1950 and the accompanying maps- all of which we thank you for. This leaves the Railroad. Company’s water producing facilities as the main item to be awaited* I do, not recall discussion on this matter other than in a conference with you about May 25th. You will recall that we did not show interest in acquiring the present office space of the LAW Co., and I think you said you did not wish to dispose of it anyhow. You outlined generally an area which you said you thought we would want around the wells, and I recall something about the Ranch which used to take the overflow from the reservoirs or wells- which ranch we were not interested in. Before you complete the list, or inventory, of the Railroad Company’s watef producing facilities, it might be a saving of time to alstfus by letter any doubtful i terns- or eliminate them later in conference, just as you deem easier. With kind regards, Yours very truly, Howard P. Clark
