In oonfersnee tbls morning with Valter Bates, Jaok Roach, and Oarl Benatseb, the latter partners in Roaob Distributing Oomyar.y, we are requested to extend tbs ten of this lease fez one year additional, and also to permit lte sub-leass to the Distributing Company. Ordinarily we would extend the ten for a longer period because the premises are now ooouniefi by a warehouse, but due to a salsa agreement between Bates and the Distributing Company which will expire in another year I recommend the lease be extended one additional year and permission to sublease be granted.
