Keeble) Referring to your letter May 5, file 1- 733A, regarding disposal of the 12- inch well casing on hand at the Las Vegas Ranch, purchased under ¥0-593-1: We have had several offers to purchase por­tions of the casing, hut I thought it best to dispose of it intact if possible. Confirming our telephone conversation, we now have an offer from Deputy Sheriff Stewart to purchase the 12*->inch casing at cost, in­cluding trucking haulage, which I compute to be $3563«71* This will leave us 50 feet of l6-ineh con­ductor on hand @ $197.50, the freight charges being included in the 12-lnch casing. I enclose herewith their offer and if agree­able please advise and we will close the deal.
