May 26, 1954 assignment of such receivables, I suggest that there be added at the end of Section VI, line 2, page 9$ the following state­ment! “The District hereby consents, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 of the Sale Agreement, to the assignment to the District on the sale date and the addition to the final purchase price of any a-mounts due the Water Company on the sale date fi’otn customers for water service furnished for air-con­ditioning, refrigeration, ice machines and other similar equipment, which amounts with the consent of the District are assigned to the District effec­tive as of the sale date by the provisions of para­graph (e) of Section 9 of the Sale Agreement," I shall appreciate hearing from you as soon as possiole so that I can prepare the Escrow Instructions in final form for execution.
