*u ^ 6 - that a reasonable amount of water required for the necessary make-up and necessary bleeding should not exceed five gallons per hour per ton of machine capacity during a daily commercial period of sixteen hours and a daily domestic period of eight hours, through a monthly period of thirty days and a seasonal period of five months, from May 1 to September 30; ' 7 - that since the water used for cooling purposes is of such a high degree of purity no additional water is necessary for bleeding mineralization from the cooling systems; 8 - that the Company submit an amended schedule of rates, Hate No, 21, based on the use of five gallons of water per ton of ice per hour on a commercial period of sixteen hours per day, thirty days per month, during the summer season May to September, both inclusive, and on a domestic period of eight hours per day, thirty days per month, during the summer season May to September, both inclusive at a rate not to exceed 10 cents per thousand gallons, and on machines manufacturing ice on the basis of thirty gallons of water per hour per ton of ice per eight-hour day at 10 cents per thousand gallons. These rates shall apply only to refrigerating and air cooling equipment equipped with recirculating systems. When not so equipped the commercial rate should be four times that applying to equipment with recirculating systems. The same shall apply to the - 14 -
