Dear Sir: Referring to your letter October 7th, re­turning executed agreement between the Water Company and Davis Jewelry Company, covering sign-board site on North Main Street in Las Vegas: We now have an application for sign board sites from Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, and I am enclosing herewith original, duplicate original and an extra copy of lease which we have prepared, bear­ing approval of General Attorney as to form, for 50 front feet along North Main Street, on which they will ?ay a rental of $50 per year, which 1 is at the rate of per front foot, this frontage being located north of the dividing line at the Clark Avenue underpass. Will you kindly execute same and have them attested by the Secretary. If you will then return the original and duplicate original to me, I will transmit the documents to General Attorney for dis­tribution. / o Yours very truly,
