Permit No. Affidavit of Completion of Work 10868 Applicant Las Vegas Land and Water Company Affidavit By Las Vegas Land and Water Company By Walter R. Bracken Affidavit dated April 28, 1943 "That at least" $5000 has been expended in---— completion of said works and at the expense of applicant and at the expense of UPRR Co. for use and benefit of applicant. Improvements consisted of: "Drilling artesian well at point of diversion to a depth of 766 feet and Installing therein 510.57 feet of 13 3/8 inch and 283.81 feet of 10 3/4 inch steel lapweld casing; cementing in top casing; also 69.5 feet of 10 inch cast iron pipe from top of well to pipe connectin with settling basin, and were made at point of diversion." "Said improvements were begun prior to April 10, 1943, and were completed prior to April 15, 1943." Proof of Application of Water Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 10868) does not contain statement of cost of improvements.
