Hulsiser - Omaha: Regarding our telephone conversation last Saturday in connection with certain possible rental charges to cover licenses or permission for existence of certain pipe lines at las Vegas to "be conveyed to the Las Vegas Valley Water District by Las Vegas Land and Water Company: Under Contract Audit Mo. 80300, the Railroads give to the LVL&WCo. right to maintain these certain pipe lines sale to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, on until the date of which date the agreement automatically terminates. Certain of the pipe lines and power lines are to be relocated on the permanent easements a nd their temporary continuance in present location graph I of Section 1, on page 9 of the June 1, 1i9s5 3p rcoovnitrdaecdt .f or Sbeyc tpiaorna 5 of the agreement of June 1, 1953* covers the relocation procedure and provides the time limit for relocation of some two and one half years.
