    Los Angeles, June 19, 1930. 9226 Mr. E . E. Cunningham: Referring to your letter June 17, file 353, regarding the furnishing of water to Commissioner Jones for drinking purposes from our supply at Logandale: I wrote you yesterday regarding request of McDonald Bros. that water be furnished as a general prop-osition to locators in the Moapa Valley. That request was declined. If you feel it would, therefore, be unwise to grant the privilege to Commissioner Jones, please advise further. As stated in my letter June 3 to Mr. Bracken, copy to you, it was not intended that that case should be considered as a precedent. cc Mr. W. R. Bracken W. R. Armstrong
