The Lucille "Seely" Cragin Papers contain materials documenting the public relations activities of Cragin and her husband, former Las Vegas Mayor Ernie W. Cragin. The majority of this collection focuses on the christening of the cargo ship the S.S. Las Vegas Victory, which she helped sponsor. This material was formerly known as the Mrs. E. W. Cragin Papers.

In 2017, as part of an archival backlog elimination project, Brooks Whittaker revised the collection description to bring it into compliance with current professional standards. In 2025, Sarah Jones added a scrapbook into the collection and revised the title to reflect Cragin's full name.
