Materials were periodically transferred to the University Archives; accession numbers 1988-095 and 1994-048. This set of records include former record group number RG 4.1.1 and RG 4.11.1.
In 2019, as part of an archival backlog elimination project, Jimmy Chang rehoused the materials, created a brief summary of the materials, and entered the data into ArchivesSpace.
