The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA) was founded in 1953 in Las Vegas, Nevada and is the oldest and largest local trade organization representing the residential construction industry in the state of Nevada. SNHBA members represent all facets of the homebuilding industry. The organization provides benefits such as networking opportunities, access to the latest local and national market trends and statistics, and educational seminars. SNHBA is host to annual awards programs like the Silver Nugget Awards and Homer Awards which honor excellence in design and professionalism in the local home building industry. SNHBA's headquarters are located in Las Vegas, Nevada and they have over 500 members.

Digital files were transferred off of optical discs and a floppy disk. Digital files were reviewed for de-duplicatation. No other work has been performed on the materials.
