The stock certificates certify that Miguel G. Jimenez in Los Angeles, California and Vilhelm V. Christensen of Lynwood, California own shares of LVTRA. The LVTRA, organized in 1950 to build a racetrack in Las Vegas, Nevada, was financially unsuccessful and became the subject of a bankruptcy proceeding.
