2.By motion duly made, seconded and carried it was ordered that the first meeting of the stockholders be held at the office of the Company in Goldfield, Nevada, on the 24th day of April, 1907, at the hour of 8 P.M., and the Secretary pro tem was ordered to give notice of said meeting to all of said stockholders.The duties of said temporary directors being then and there endedaccording to law, the meeting adjourned, and this record is signed bya majority of said Directors in evidence thereof.A true record, [signed] Webb H.
