Materials were periodically transferred to the University Archives; accession numbers 2021-017 and 2023-047.
These records are unprocessed. In 2021, Sarah Jones wrote a summary of the materials and created the finding aid in ArchivesSpace. In 2023, Tammi Kim rehoused the 2023 addition and updated the finding aid.
Administrative Information
Acquired by Visual Materials Curator, Aaron Mayes, as part of UNLV Special Collections and Archives holdings on hospitality and UNLV history. The original acquisition included one folder of Abbott and Costello publicity material that were removed due to being out of scope with UNLV Special Collections and Archives' collecting areas. Staff removed these materials and securely disposed them in 2023.
