Oral history interview with Grove Wilson "G.W." McMillin conducted by W.J. McMillin on February 18, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. During this interview, G.W. McMillin discusses moving to Henderson, Nevada in May of 1943 to take a supervisory position at the Basic Magnesium Plant. McMillin goes on to discuss the development of Las Vegas, Nevada and Henderson. He also discusses historical events specific to Nevada and his work in law enforcement.

The Brian Jones Collection of Henderson, Nevada Aerial Photographs contain 107 4"x6" photographic prints of Henderson, Nevada and the surrounding area from approximately 1997 to 2002 taken by longtime Las Vegas, Nevada photographer Brian Jones. Images depict the construction of residential areas, roads, and commercial buildings. Other images include the Green Valley community, Galleria at Sunset Mall, St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Titanium Metals Corporation (TIMET), and Henderson City Hall.

Oral history interview with Clarence McDonald conducted by Judy Gannoe on an unknown date in 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In the interview, McDonald discusses living throughout Clark County, Nevada including Overton, Nevada; Nelson, Nevada; and Las Vegas, Nevada since approximately 1909. He also discusses his work as a farmer and miner. A number of McDonald's family members are present in the interview to help clarify information.

The Hazel Baker Denton Photograph Collection (1910-1961) is comprised of photographic prints and one negative of the Denton family and friends, primarily taken in Nevada and Utah. Many photographs depict life in small Nevada towns, particularly Caliente. Photographs also depict Utah, Oregon, Washington D.C., and California, and unidentified desert and forest landscapes throughout the American West.

Oral history interview with Mike Meade conducted by Steve Gortz on February 28, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Meade speaks about growing up in Tonopah, Nevada before its decline in population, his move to Elko, Nevada and eventually to the city of Las Vegas. Moreover, he talks about the development of the Strip, the differences between Las Vegas and rural Nevada, as well as the changing environmental landscape.

Oral history interview with William McGarry conducted by Shannon Beesley on February 12, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, McGarry discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1955 from Reno, Nevada. McGarry also discusses politics in Nevada including the state senators and the process of becoming a senator.

Oral history interview with Dr. John McDaniel conducted by Daniel Malloy on October 24, 1974 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, McDaniel discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada from Mississippi in 1931. McDaniel discusses the construction of the Boulder (Hoover) Dam. He also discusses his work as a medical doctor and his family life.

Oral history interview with William McCullough conducted by Pete Wahlquist on February 26, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, McCullough discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1931 for employment opportunities at the Boulder (Hoover) Dam. McCullough later goes into detail about the process of building the dam and what it was like to work there. Lastly, McCullough discusses the Las Vegas Strip, the hotels, and entertainers.

Oral history interview with Mary and Don McCullough conducted by Myrna Roland on March 14, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Mary McCullough discusses living in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1942. She also discusses her career with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce as a bookkeeper. Later, both Mary and Don McCullough discuss education in Las Vegas as well as atomic testing.

Oral history interview with Marilynne Recker conducted by Beverly Fails on March 10, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Recker discusses coming to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1962 for a brief visit and then eventually moving there in 1972. Recker further discusses her first impressions of Las Vegas and the layout of the city in the 1960s.
