Oral history interview with Viki Richardson conducted by Chuck Williams on July 3, 2013 for the Friends of Red Rock Canyon in Nevada Oral History Project. Richardson begins the interview by talking about her family life and childhood in Oliver Ranch. She describes what her family did at the ranch as caretakers and tells stories when she lived in Blue Diamond Village, Nevada. Lastly, she describes what the town of Blue Diamond was like, and the history and layout of the Oliver Ranch property.

Oral history interview with April Edner conducted by Christina Miller on June 21, 1996 for the Friends of Red Rock Canyon in Nevada Oral History Project. Edner begins the interview by talking about the history of Oliver Ranch and who had owned it throughout time. She mentions Native Americans living on the property in the past and describes what current caretakers do for the ranch. Edner points out the original structures of the property that were changed and those that were kept. Lastly, she tells stories surrounding the property itself.

The Nellie Bunch Collection of Lake Mead Postcards (approximately 1970-1979) contains two postcards advertising Lake Mead in southern Nevada from the 1970s. Each postcard depicts several aspects of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, including the marina, Hoover Dam, campgrounds, the Lake Mead Lodge, and Boulder Beach. Also included is a "Post Office Closed" sign for Whitney, Nevada with Nellie Bunch listed as Postmaster.

Oral history interview with Dr. Deborah Kuhls conducted by Barbara Tabach on December 29, 2017 for the Remembering 1 October Oral History Project. In this interview, doctor Deborah A. Kuhls describes the preparation and procedures implemented at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) during the night of the October 1, 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada. She describes her experiences from that night and into the next morning, starting from when the trauma center first learned about the shooting to when patients began arriving.

Oral history interview with Amanda "Alex" Aikens conducted by Barbara Tabach on December 28, 2017 for the Remembering 1 October Oral History Project. In this interview, Aikens discusses the support she provided for the community after the October 1, 2017 shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada along with the event at First Friday that she organized to provide counseling services for those in need. She describes her usage of Facebook as a social media platform to keep the community posted on the shooting as well as any advice and resources for those who wanted to help.

Oral history interview with Alan Stock conducted by Barbara Tabach on December 27, 2017 for the Remembering 1 October Oral History Project. In this interview, Alan Stock discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1999 for his job as a radio talk show host for KXNT. Stock describes the broadcast that covered the October 1, 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting from 11 PM on that night until 9 AM the next morning.

Oral history interview with Marion Allen conducted by Dennis McBride on April 14, 1986 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In this interview, Allen discusses the construction of the Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam) and his father’s employment on the dam. He talks about becoming a dam construction worker and the working conditions during the early stages of the dam. Allen recalls the labor strike in 1935 and the opening of the dam. Lastly, Allen talks about engineer Frank Crowe’s involvement with the the project.

Oral history interviews with Elton Garrett conducted by Elizabeth Nelson Patrick on December 05, 1980 and December 06, 1980 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In the first interview, Garrett discusses his career in journalism, education, and business. He talks about Boulder City, Nevada in the early 1900s, the Boulder Canyon Project Act (1928), and becoming a writing for the Las Vegas Review-Journal in 1931.
