The Ned V. Bearden Sr. Collection (1958-1966) consists of the Rolodex for Desert York Inc., Bearden's air conditioning equipment business that operated in Las Vegas, Nevada beginning in 1946. The Rolodex contains customer names and addresses, along with installation dates and model numbers for the air conditioning equipment installed.

Oral history interview with Jack W. Zunino conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on August 20, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Zunino tells of his employment with G.C. Wallace Engineering and JMA architects before founding his own landscape architecture firm in 1989. Additionally, Zunino discusses the evolution of landscape architecture in casino design.

Mulroy discusses her arrival in Las Vegas, Nevada as a University of Nevada, Las Vegas student. She also discusses water conservation for the Las Vegas Valley, becoming the general manager of the Las Vegas Valley Water District from 1989 to 2014 and the general manager of the Southern Nevada Water Authority from 1993 to 2014.

The Rabbi Bernard Cohen Papers (1957-1984) consist of mainly bulletins for the Las Vegas Jewish Community Center (later known as Temple Beth Sholom). Other materials in this collection include correspondence to and from Rabbi Cohen and certificates of conversion signed by Cohen. The collection also includes a eulogy for Cohen written by Rabbi Wise as well as an advertisement for Cohen's book Sociocultural Changes in American Jewish Life as Reflected in Selected Jewish Literature which was published in 1972.
