The Clark County Community College Photograph Collection consists of black-and-white photographic prints dating from approximately 1977 to 1982. Images depict students, student events, administrative staff, academic faculty, and administrative faculty, including two of the college's presidents, Dr. Russell Bloyer and Dr. Judith Eaton.

Boiman discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1985, working in administrative and youth programs positions at local synagogues, and her administrative position at Touro University.

The White Cross Drug Store Scrapbook (1950-1964) contains photographs, employee training materials, newspaper clippings, advertisements, displays, and some historical narrative and press release material on the history and mission of the White Cross Drug Store. It also includes advertising ephemera and brochures on cosmetic products and perfumes of the early 1950s.

The Charles Kielhofer Letter collection consists of a single photocopy of a letter written by Charles Kielhofer on January 31, 1958 to the Las Vegas, Nevada Review-Journal newspaper to inform them that they credited the wrong person with the establishment of Bullfrog Mine in one of their articles.

The T. D. Bonner Manuscript Draft (approximately 1880-1899) consists of a single typed manuscript draft with "T. D. Bonner, 1st. edition 1856" written on the top. It appears to be a brief introduction and seventy-seven corresponding footnotes. It is not known if this is related to either books that Bonner co-authored.

The Nevada History Elementary School Teaching Kits (approximately 1990-1999) collection contains teaching kits for elementary school teachers in Nevada about mining and Nevada history. The kits contain textbooks, booklets, pamphlets, puzzles, and maps designed for elementary school educators in Nevada.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Faculty Records (approximately 1956-2006) contain materials related to faculty members at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The collection contains summaries of student evaluations, alleged violations by faculty members and disagreements over code changes, course schedule cards, and various faculty group newsletters, bulletins, and handbooks. The collection also contains faculty travel procedures, handbooks, blank forms and instructions, and disbursement documentation.

Lupe Avelar was born and raised in the State of Durango, Mexico, and since she was little learned from her parents the love for farming and hard work. Lupe relates her childhood with nostalgia and happiness, highlighting how her childhood moments were some of the most beautiful of her life. She grew up in a poor family that solely made their living from the farming of corn and beans. She witnessed her parents make ends meet in any way possible through hard work while staying together as a family and caring for each other.
