The Professional Black Women’s Alliance Records (1997-2003) consist of correspondence, photographs, and programs. Programs pertain to the organization’s annual Rose Awards, which celebrate black female role models from the Las Vegas, Nevada community. The collection also contains a large poster from the 1999 Rose Awards ceremony.

The Ken Tiffany Music Scores (approximately 1956-1999) comprise a collection of published sheet music and original handwritten scores composed by Tiffany. The material also includes several pictures of Tiffany.

The Mary Lytle Papers date from 1909 to 1968 and document Lytle’s experience as the first midwife in Overton, Nevada. The collection contains medical certificates, professional correspondence with Nevada Assistant State Archivist Frederick C. Gale, a handwritten memoir, and black-and-white photographs.

The Freda Klein Papers (1967-1997) include a detailed biography and personal reflection penned by Klein, as well as a photocopied scrapbook. The scrapbook is comprised of correspondence and newspaper clippings that detail her career with the State of Nevada Employment Security Department and volunteer work with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Private Industry Council, and Soroptimist International of Henderson, Nevada.

The John Myron Partridge Photographs contain eleven black-and-white photographs of John Myron Partridge from roughly the early 1940s to the late 1960s. The collection includes portraits and photographs of Partridge during his service with the United States Navy Reserves.

The Clark County Community College Photograph Collection consists of black-and-white photographic prints dating from approximately 1977 to 1982. Images depict students, student events, administrative staff, academic faculty, and administrative faculty, including two of the college's presidents, Dr. Russell Bloyer and Dr. Judith Eaton.

Oral history interview with Jackie Boiman conducted by Barbara Tabach on March 27, 2015 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Boiman discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1985, working in administrative and youth programs positions at local synagogues, and her administrative position at Touro University.

The White Cross Drug Store Scrapbook (1950-1964) contains photographs, employee training materials, newspaper clippings, advertisements, displays, and some historical narrative and press release material on the history and mission of the White Cross Drug Store. It also includes advertising ephemera and brochures on cosmetic products and perfumes of the early 1950s.

The Charles Kielhofer Letter collection consists of a single photocopy of a letter written by Charles Kielhofer on January 31, 1958 to the Las Vegas, Nevada Review-Journal newspaper to inform them that they credited the wrong person with the establishment of Bullfrog Mine in one of their articles.
