The Ruby Duncan Papers on Operation Life (1972-1992) consist of the organizational records of Operation Life Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization that worked to improve living conditions in West Las Vegas, Nevada by providing a variety of community development services. Included are correspondence, agreements, accounting records, lease agreements, meeting materials, reports, speeches.

Pearl Francis Neeley Photograph Collection
The Pearl Francis Neeley Photograph Collection (approximately 2000-2024) consists of digital reproductions of Francis and Neeley family photographs taken from approximately 1890 to 1945 throughout Central and Southern Nevada. Notable locations include Pioche, Eagle Valley, Spring Valley, and Las Vegas, Nevada. Also included in the collection is a digital reproduction of an autobiographical typescript by Neeley titled “My Life History,” and a multipart audio recording of Neeley recollecting her experiences growing up in rural Nevada and other events in her life. This collection consists entirely of digital surrogates.

Bill Beam Papers
The Bill Beam Papers document the career of miner and poetry enthusiast Bill (William) Beam from 1955 to 2004. The papers contain mining materials, photographs, and poetry from mines Beam worked in around the Southwestern United States. Also included are two albums of photographs from the Nevada Test Site.

The Charles Duncan (C.D.) Baker Papers (1951-1972) consist of clippings, correspondence, and political brochures related to the life and career of Las Vegas, Nevada Mayor Charles Duncan (C.D.) Baker. The collection also contains several scrapbooks of clippings and a mayoral plaque of appreciation from the City of Las Vegas.

Michael S. Mack Papers
The Michael S. Mack papers (approximately 1940s-1950s, undated) consist of photographs and documents related to the early Jewish community of Las Vegas, Nevada. Group photographs depict the Mack family and the Las Vegas Jewish community at events during the 1940s and 1950s, when the Las Vegas Jewish Community Center was the main Jewish organization in town. Individuals in the photographs were identified by Michael Mack. The collection includes documents written by Michael Mack that describe the early Las Vegas Jewish community and the history of his father and uncles, Louis, Nathan, and Harry Mack. The documents also list the names of Jewish individuals and businesses in Las Vegas.

Arlene Mathews Smith Papers
The Arlene Mathews Smith Papers are comprised of materials pertaining to the area around Panaca, Nevada, dating from 1917 to 1978, with a bulk of the items from the 1920s. The papers were collected while she lived in Panaca and consist of records and booklets from the 4-H Boys and Girls Club, two copies of the "Lincoln Lantern" dated 1927, and memorabilia.

The Gladys Boggs Marshall Papers consist of various artistic works created by Gladys Boggs Marshall, written from 1907 to 1974. Ned V. Bearden Sr. Collection
The Ned V. Bearden Sr. Collection (1958-1966) consists of the Rolodex for Desert York Inc., Bearden's air conditioning equipment business that operated in Las Vegas, Nevada beginning in 1946. The Rolodex contains customer names and addresses, along with installation dates and model numbers for the air conditioning equipment installed.
