The Frank Gagliardi Music Manuscript Collection (approximately 1964-1974) contains musical arrangements of standard Frank Sinatra songs, printed or photocopied with annotations. Each part is in its own folder, and each song is numbered. Frank Gagliardi performed as percussionist in Antonio Morelli's orchestra for the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he played for Frank Sinatra and other notable entertainers during the 1960s and 1970s.

The Mike Malone Papers (1979-1996) document the legislative activities of Mike Malone, a former Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer. Malone was a Nevada State Assemblyman from 1979 to 1985 and a State Senator from 1986 to 1990. The John Ponticello Papers are comprised of materials related to Ponticello's experiences in Las Vegas, Nevada between 1956 and 1971 with an emphasis on his Research Gambling Game Project, which he conducted and published between 1968 and 1971. The collection includes materials regarding gaming licenses and applications, research agreements, descriptions of the project, and publications about the research project. Also included are materials from Ponticello's experiences in Las Vegas such as business cards, county work cards, and souvenir photographs.

The collection is comprise of correspondence, magazines, photographs, and brochures relating to the Nevada Test Site outside of Las Vegas, Nevada and the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory in New Mexico dating from 1942 to 2002. The collection was compiled by Jack Livingston and Jacquelynn Smith during their time working at various defense industry locations.

The Raymond Germain Photograph Collection (approximately 1960-1970) consists of two black-and-white photographic prints of Raymond Germain and one black-and-white photographic print of his wife, Mary Germain. All of the photographs have corresponding negatives.

The Reverend Donald M. Clark Photograph Collection (approximately 1965-1978) is comprised of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives. The bulk of the images portray Reverend Clark’s work with black communities in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Lake Tahoe area. Additional images depict Reverend Clark with various prominent individuals in the civil rights movement, including boxer Joe Frazier and American gospel singer Mahalia Jackson.

The Donn Arden Papers (1910s-1990s) document Arden's sixty-plus years in the entertainment industry working in showrooms and nightclubs all over the world including Paris, France, Las Vegas, Nevada, New York, New York, and Los Angeles, California. Donn Arden worked as a choreographer, producer and director known for creating extravagant production shows that combined spectacular scenery and disaster with sequined and feathered showgirls. The collection is comprised of production notes, programs, photographs, posters, sheet music, correspondence, costume design sketches, press clippings, and magazine articles.
